You may recall that a few months ago, I felt oddly pulled in a direction that felt much like a higher calling. This has grown to the point where now I want to shout from the mountain tops about spirit's love and even God's love. Given my previous skepticism dealing with anything remotely religious, I would have shied away from mentioning God in the same breath as spirit. 

I want to extend my deepest and most sincere feelings of love and sympathy to everyone who is dealing with the effects of the COVID-19 issues. Many are sick or worried, others are out of work due to stores or businesses closing and many others are sheltered in place trying to stay safe as if it were wartime.

In these highly unusual times of stress and worry, it's now more important than ever to focus on what matters: love for each other and ourselves. It's far too easy to allow ourselves to fall into a negative state of panic and overreaction. While precaution and preparedness is certainly appropriate, actions that suggest "The End is Nigh" accomplish nothing. 

Recently I've been reading the Padgett Messages, which are an absolutely fascinating and magnificent example of automatic writing from spirit. They were written by the hand of James E. Padgett between 1914 and 1923. The overarching theme and understanding you take away from the messages is nothing short of earth-shattering and substantially alters your perspective on life.

In numerology, the number 2 holds the most feminine energy of all numbers, it vibrates with the frequency of peace, harmony, and balance. The number 2 is considered also emotional, highly sensitive, deeply devoted, and intensely intuitive. This number asks us to look within ourselves and seek our divine truths. It asks us to trust wholeheartedly and with the utmost faith in ourselves, our intent, and our abilities.

Recently I felt like I was virtually hit over the head by the spirit world and called on a mission. I'd received a particularly wonderful review from a woman who'd gained a tremendous sense of peace from a mediumship demonstration I gave previously. However, this woman's testimonial really shocked me, as it proved to me that when I open to spirit as a vehicle for its communication, anything is possible and anyone can benefit.

I wanted to express my deepest thanks to all my loyal readers. You have made 2019 an absolutely wonderful year. I hope I've been able to add some value for you with any insights I've had along my journey. It feels to me that we are both aligned in an expedition of spiritual growth and healing.

Life in the physical is not easy, nor is it meant to be. Remember, we're all here in this earth school as spirit beings having a human experience in order to learn difficult lessons to help us on our spiritual journey and with our spiritual growth. If you look at your struggles as lessons, not problems, your life will seem to become just a little less challenging. We should be full of gratitude for the multitude of blessings we have in our lives.

It seems more people around the world are learning to expand their spiritual awareness and consciousness. In the U.S., we're seeing more mind/body/spirit practitioners offering their services, meditation/yoga/Reiki are all going mainstream, topics once taboo like mediumship and spiritualism are gaining acceptance and people are becoming more aware of their spiritual lives.
