Intentional Business Journey

You’ve built something meaningful.

This is where you learn how to truly understand it—and build it in a way that lasts.

For People Doing Meaningful Work Who Want It to Last

Your thinking, your values, and your decisions shape your business more than any strategy.

I help you understand and align both—so what you’re building can grow without breaking you.

I’ve spent over 30 years in institutional finance, analyzing how businesses function—what makes them sustainable, where they break down, and what allows them to grow. I’ve also spent the past decade working as a medium and spiritual guide, helping people understand themselves and how they make decisions.

Working in both worlds, I’ve seen how connected they are. The way you think, what you value, and what you trust or avoid all show up in how your business operates.

Many people doing meaningful work—creatives, healers, practitioners, intuitive business owners—are successful in many ways, but haven’t been shown how to build and run their business in a way that holds over time—without overextending themselves or losing the impact that matters to them.

Going through your business, intentionally

Most people I work with care deeply about what they do. The work is meaningful—but turning it into a business that’s both profitable and sustainable is where things get harder.

You’re working hard, but income isn’t always consistent. Some parts of the business stay unclear or get avoided, and over time it can feel like everything depends on you.

It usually shows up in familiar ways:

  • income that fluctuates more than it should

  • long hours that don’t fully translate into personal pay

  • decisions that feel uncertain or delayed

  • a business that relies heavily on you

  • a constant sense of trying to keep things working

That’s where the frustration builds—because the work itself isn’t the issue.

At a certain point, it’s not about doing more—it’s about stepping back and seeing what you’ve actually built. Most people don’t pause long enough to do that, and over time the business starts to feel heavier than it should.

This is a chance to approach it differently. To understand how your business is functioning and shape it in a way that supports both your work and your life—without draining either.

You don’t need to become someone else. You need a clearer way of working with what you’ve already built.

That’s what this work supports: something you can lead with confidence and rely on over time.

How We Work Together

This is a 12-week, one-on-one process where we work directly inside your business each week, focusing on what’s real and making decisions based on that.

While each engagement is individualized, the work typically focuses on:

  • Clarity and visibility — understanding how money is actually flowing through your business, where it’s inconsistent, and what’s creating pressure beneath the surface, so you’re no longer guessing.

  • Offer and pricing structure — shaping how your work is offered and priced in a way that feels aligned with your values and reflects the real value of what you do.

  • Cash flow and stability — putting simple structure in place so your income becomes more consistent and you’re not relying on constant effort to keep things working.

  • Time, capacity, and sustainability — identifying where the business is pulling too much from you and adjusting it so you can continue doing your work without burning out.

  • Client flow and retention — creating a more natural path for clients to continue working with you, so the business grows from the work itself—not from pressure to always do more.

  • Decision-making and alignment — helping you use both your numbers and your intuition together so you can lead your business in a way that feels grounded, clear, and true to how you want to operate.

Over time, this gives you a clearer understanding of your business, more consistency in how it operates, and a structure that supports your time, your energy, and the impact you’re here to create.

For many people, the changes we make here more than cover the investment—not because we’re chasing growth, but because the business becomes more intentional, more efficient, and better aligned with the work you’re already doing.

If this is where you are right now

This work is for established small business owners doing meaningful work—creatives, healers, practitioners, and intuitive business owners who care about what they offer and the impact it has.

You’re not at the beginning. You have clients and steady demand, and from the outside, things look like they’re working—but it doesn’t feel as clear or sustainable as it should.

Income may fluctuate, your pay doesn’t always reflect your effort, and parts of the business stay unclear or avoided. You’re not confused about your work—you’re frustrated with how the business around it is functioning.

You want to lead with more clarity, make better decisions, and build something that can support both your life and your work over time.

This is for people already in motion who are ready to approach their business more intentionally—so it becomes sustainable, aligned, and built to last.

An invitation to work together

When I work with someone, my role is to help you understand your business in a way that actually makes sense.

We look at what’s happening, simplify it, and work through it together so you’re not left trying to figure it out on your own. You’ll leave with clear direction—what to focus on, what needs to change, and how to move forward without feeling overwhelmed.

Over time, things start to shift. Decisions become clearer, income more reliable, and the business stops depending on you for everything. You’re able to step back, plan ahead, and trust how things are working.

Just as important, you begin to shape your life around the business you’ve built. You can take time off, stop reacting to everything, and lead in a way that feels steady and aligned with what you actually want.

If you’re ready for that kind of clarity and support, this is where we start.
