How To Boost Your Clairvoyance
You may be among the many people whose sense of vision is one of the strongest senses you have, and you may be quite visual. As a result, your non-physical sense of vision in the mind’s eye, AKA clairvoyance, is often your strongest clair in the beginning. Clairvoyance is the ability to see images or mental movies in your mind’s eye that are being shown to you from an external source, such as thought transference from the spirit world.
Since clairvoyance may naturally be your strongest clair to start with, spirit often works on your clairvoyance first to help you strengthen what you already have. You can help this along by doing some personal training and development of your own. There are lots of different exercises you can do, but several seem to rise above the rest as far as their ease, benefit and impact. I’ll go through them below.
Exercises:
You want to develop your clairvoyance by repeatedly practicing exercises that build your abilities, much the way you would go to a gym and repeatedly lift weights to develop muscle. These exercises can be done alone or in conjunction with your meditation. Here are some of the best that should help you.
- Colors: Focus on 1 vibrant color in your mind’s eye for 60 seconds; then choose a new color and repeat; repeat as long as you’re able to focus your attention on the colors
- Shapes: Focus your attention on a large red triangle for 60 seconds; then focus on a yellow circle inside the red triangle, with edges touching all corners of the triangle for 60 seconds; focus your attention on a blue square inside the yellow circle (which is inside the red triangle) for 60 seconds.
- Objects: See different objects come into your awareness in minute detail.
- See a pick up truck in front of you. What color is it? What shade is that color? How fresh is the paint? How old is the truck? What’s the make and model? What kind of tires are they and how old? Go inside the cab and what do you see? Describe the dashboard, seats, steering wheel, front panel, etc. Bring your mind’s camera up close and describe what you see on every inch of that pickup. Be able to completely recreate an exact replica in every way from the images you have in your mind.
- See a steam train coming into a station. What color is the locomotive? How much steam is there? Where is the steam coming from? How many cars are there, what color are they and how new/old are they? How many passengers and crew are there? How long is the platform and what’s it made of? How new is the platform? Think of more observations and be able to totally recreate an exact replica of the scene you see.
- See an elevator button on the button panel of an elevator. See yourself polishing the brass button until it shines so brightly it becomes almost blinding. Observe how bright the button can get.
- In your daily walk, focus on details of everything you see (people’s clothes, jewelry, facial expression; car styles, shapes, colors; house paint job, condition, etc).
These are just a few of the countless possibilities you can practice that will help develop your clairvoyance. Do these exercises daily.
By developing your clairvoyance, you can further open the door to the spirit world and invite spirit to communicate with you with greater accuracy, understanding and meaning. As this happens, you will start to add more skills and tools to your tool kit. Remember you are here to serve spirit and those in need of hearing from their loved ones. The better equipped you are, the better you can serve others.
I hope this helps you develop further. Remember, practice makes perfect (or in this case, almost so). If you’d like to more rapidly expand your psychic senses, I suggest you examine one of the ways I help you do that in my Develop Your Psychic Senses program.
