Module 2 takes your development into everyday life. Module 1 built your foundation: a grounded, grateful, positive mind. This module is about how you live on it, day to day, and none of it requires retreating from the world, just living in it differently.

Here's the path through this module:

  1. Practice Patience. Slowing down in a world that won't, and why patience is a spiritual practice, not just a virtue.
  2. Practice Forgiveness. Of others, and of yourself. One of the most powerful acts in all of spirituality.
  3. Live in the Now: Be Mindful and More Aware. The past can't be changed and the future can't be controlled. The present is where your life is.
  4. Develop a Consistent Meditation Practice. Why meditation matters, its benefits, and how to make it stick.
  5. Be Open to Signs from the Universe. Learning to notice what you've been dismissing as coincidence.

Before you begin lesson 1: keep your gratitude journal going through this module, it pairs naturally with everything here. And if your thirty-day challenge is running, these lessons will make it easier. As always, have your journal nearby and your daily study time protected.
