Both of these providers offer login and email access information for the use of retrieving course materials and understanding how our subscribers prefer to read, access and explore our information. If we have collected your information via a mailing list or membership subscription, and you would like to have it deleted please contact us. You can always opt out of mailings by clicking 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any email, which unsubscribes you immediately. All other data collected is typically related to purchases and is generally used to retrieve customer information to recover lost files or purchases. 
• We protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
• We will notify all subscribers, members and clients if and when a data breach were to occur within 72 hours. 
• Data and information is kept indefinitely, as long as you remain a customer and a subscriber, however, our systems and customer files are generally wiped every 2-5 years. 
• If we decide to use your information for a new purpose (like, do a survey or something) you will be notified and asked to opt-in for your consent - we will never opt you in for anything without your explicit consent or implied consent, such as signing up for a newsletter list on your own accord. 
• Information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information is always made readily available to whoever needs it.

Like many other Web sites, www.montclairmedium.com makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Just FYI: When you opt out of advertising, yes, you will still receive ads, but they may not be as relevant to your searches on this sites and on all sites. I’ve walked through this process and the advertisements I receive now are less tracking more general.
