
This card holds the idea everything in module 1 rests on. You can't control what happens around you, and you never could. But your mind holds one thought at a time, and which thought you dwell in is always, in every moment, yours to choose.
Here's what to do with it: download the card and put it somewhere your eyes will land on it daily. Print it for your desk, your fridge, or the inside cover of your journal, or save the image as your phone's lock screen. Don't file it away in a folder, because a reminder you never see isn't a reminder.
Then let it work. This week, especially if you're running the thirty-day positivity challenge, use this card as your interruption. The moment you catch yourself spiraling in a negative thought, that catch is the win, remember, glance at the card and ask: is this the thought I'm choosing? Then choose.
